Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, making it easy for us to travel back and forth to the hotel. The staff are accommodating, and the complimentary late check-out until 1 PM was a great advantage. However, my only concerns were the lack of a bidet in the bathroom and the inconsistent housekeeping service. On some days, even though we left the “Make Up Room” sign on the door, the staff only made the bed without properly cleaning the rest of the room.

Though the room is small i loved that they clean and change the towels as well as the toothbrush everyday. The location is near the bus station. The staffs are friendly especially Mary a filipino staff. She was very approachable and even assisted us with the transportation, guiding us where to ride the bus and she really knows a lot of information about the hotel and around singapore. Which is a very plus points to me and would be one of the reasons why I would stay again at the hotel. She made us feel comfortable and made our stay and exploration easier. Thank you Mary 💓
