A very beautiful location with easy access to the zoo, River Wonders, Night Safari and Bird Paradise. The rooms are spacious and the views are of plants and the natural environment. The staff were friendly and accommodating, almost like family and we felt very welcome during our stay there. The Mandai Boardwalk is a must and we saw monkeys and a monitor lizard trying to take a swim in the reservoir!! No regrets staying here and don't hesitate!!

Booked a basic double room for family with young children. Room doesnt come with bathtub, toilet and shower glass door cannot be locked. shower head waterflow is weak. rain shower is ok though. Hotel doesn’t much facility other than a rooftop swimming pool which is small and crowded. Woulr he ideal there’s sauna and steam room for guest. Room not carpeted which is considering it is a resort hotel. Overall a little below expectation: Room service hotline difficult to get through at times.

Excellent stay and the place is nearby to Singapore Zoo, River Wonders etc… and if you’re planning to visit the Minecraft experience, it is just next to the hotel. We went for breakfast with the animals. My kids enjoyed their staycation.

Nice place, but it seems understaffed or the staff aren’t used to handling large crowds. As a result, both check-in and check-out can be quite congested..

Had an excellent stay at Rainforest Resort by Banyan Tree. The scenery was beautiful and peaceful, with easy access to nearby parks for nature exploration. The rooms were clean and comfortable, making our stay very relaxing. The staff provided exceptional service throughout, and the team at Planter's Seed restaurant were amazingly friendly, attentive, and always helpful. Their warm hospitality truly made our experience even more memorable. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!
