Hotels near Saigon River

The hotel is okay and budget-friendly, and they have almost everything I’m looking for. The room is not too cramped and is spacious enough for two people. The front desk staff are very accommodating. Lastly, the location is great since it’s close to many places we wanted to visit, such as the Cafe Apartment. One thing I would suggest improving is the cleanliness. Overall, I would still book this hotel again if I visit Saigon in the future.

This hotel is near to perfection for me, from the location which is really at the heart of District one in Saigon where attractions are just walking distance, to the friendly, welcoming, helpful and accomodating staffs- shout out to Phillip, front office personnel and the cleaners named Tina. There are all so nice! Not to mention the foods they prepare every breakfast, it’s so good and plenty of options. As a solo traveller, it is important that you feel safe as well as the valuable things you bring with, and I felt that. Thank you very much White Lotus Hotel, Thank You, Ho Chi Minh City. Will Certainly come back next time :)

Very convenient place, nice staff, good and complete breakfast bar in a lovely and cosy restaurant seating.

Located near the city center, it's very convenient with many nearby shops. The service staff is very friendly and will help with luggage. Breakfast is on the first floor, the selection is limited, but it's enough to fill you up.

I would like to give a 5-star commendation to Tammy, who has been so accommodating and friendly throughout our entire stay. It feels like home, having our breakfast and engaging in some chit-chat. Mr. Tan was very accommodating and responsive to our queries even before our arrival, which made the whole process smooth. During our first night, we encountered an issue with the air conditioning, Sadly I wasn't able to get the name of the receptionist that time together with Henry, but they both acted quickly and efficiently — they managed to transfer us to a new room in less than an hour, which we truly appreciated. Another receptionist who stood out was Belle. She was kind, approachable, and always smiling. She kindly assisted me with my delivery and made the experience hassle-free. Henry and Phillip were also consistently welcoming — they helped us with our belongings and greeted us warmly each time we saw them. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay at White Lotus. Even the ladies at breakfast were warm, friendly, and lovely, which made our mornings extra enjoyable. The genuine hospitality of the staff made our visit comfortable and memorable, and we would gladly stay here again.
