We had an excellent experience with our van driver, Eitsam,for our trip from Shinjuku to Mt. Fuji. He was warm, accommodating, and incredibly reliable throughout the entire journey. He responded promptly to all our enquiries and made everything smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciated how helpful he was—especially with taking beautiful photos that made our trip even more memorable. Had an amazing Mt. Fuji tour with Wennie! She’s super lively, warm, and accommodating. The itinerary was really good, and she even shared great photo tips so we could take shots without the crowd. Very organised and smooth tour experience! Brewster Chisei (千成) was an excellent guide, very friendly, funny and informative about Fuji and Japanese culture.

Kishida, was very help and knowledgable. The day even though was long, was well planand Kishida was very accomadatijg to everyone and well organise, it was a pleaseue to take this journey with Kishida

Kudos to Edward and the bus driver for taking care of us during the trip. Edward was very informative and friendly. Overall we had a good time during the tour, even though the traffic was pretty bad (Took us total 6 hrs going and back to Shinjuku). Places were beautiful! We are lucky enough to have good weather and we can see Mt. Fuji clearly. Things to note: To reach the Pagoda you have to hike 300+ steps. 😅
