This was my first time booking a group tour through Klook, and it was a very different experience from my usual self-guided trips. The tour brought back that pure joy I felt during school field trips as a kid. I not only got to meet different travel companions but also visit more diverse attractions. A special thanks to our lovely and professional tour guide (Tour guide Yuan Yang), whose lively explanations made the whole trip full of joy and surprises. This day left me with wonderful memories, and thank you for your hard work! If I have the chance in the future, I will definitely look for your tours again.

The tour was great and worth participating in. I'm thankful the weather was good and we could see Mount Fuji. The boat ride and ropeway made for a very fulfilling itinerary. Although the time spent at each stop wasn't very long, it would have been better if it were a little longer. Our tour guide, Mr. Yuan Yang, did a great job. He speaks both Chinese and Korean very well. It was fun being able to hear two languages on the tour.

Shiki-no-Yu is great, and the food is Japanese and delicious. The environment is peaceful, and the staff is polite. However, Klook's pricing is not transparent. The order price clearly stated that it included breakfast and dinner, so customers naturally assumed it would be the highly recommended Japanese cuisine from many reviews. But upon arrival, they were told that dinner was ramen, not a Japanese dinner. The hotel staff said this has happened before, with some agents only booking the ramen meal. After communication and paying an additional fee, we were able to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine. Klook should clarify the pricing, stating the price for the ramen meal and the price for the Japanese meal, allowing customers to choose, to avoid disappointment upon arrival.

This was my first time booking a day trip on Klook. When I booked, I saw previous travelers' reviews of our guide, Yuan Yang, and they were all excellent 👍! When I received a WeChat message from Yuan Yang last night, I knew today's trip would be fantastic! And it was absolutely 💯! Yuan Yang is an amazing guide! Her Chinese, Japanese, and, most surprisingly, her Korean are all at a native speaker level! She smiled throughout the entire trip. When I asked her to exchange money for me, she helped me without hesitation and even took photos for me! I was also super lucky today; it didn't rain at all, and Mount Fuji finally revealed its mysterious face! I'm so happy! I'm about to leave Japan, but this will be a trip I'll never forget! Next time I book a day trip, I'll definitely look for a tour with Yuan Yang! I look forward to seeing you again! Thank you 🙏😊!

I'm very grateful to our tour guide, Yuan Yang, for a wonderful and thoughtful day trip today. He put a lot of effort into explaining each attraction and even made sure we saw the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji many times. Today we rode a pirate ship, took a cable car, visited a shrine, explored Oshino Hakkai, and more. He meticulously planned today's itinerary, and the weather was also great. Overall, today was truly a wonderful day, a fantastic Mount Fuji and Hakone day trip!

This was truly a wonderful trip! Our Mandarin-speaking tour guide, "Yuan Yang," was extremely dedicated and conscientious, creating fantastic memories for my parents and me! Besides the people you travel with, the tour guide is the most important part of a good trip. Thank you, Klook, for providing such a great travel product. Thank you again!
