I’m glad I chose to stay here during my second visit to Japan. Exit 6 of the subway station is right in front of the entrance, making it very convenient. There are also three 7-Eleven stores nearby, and Ginza is just a 15-minute walk from the hotel. Plus, there’s a massage chair you can use to relax after walking 20,000 steps.

A very good hotel, fully equipped, very clean, comfortable beds, and the hotel lobby opens a mini-bar around 9:00 PM with a choice of soda, water, and cake. The hotel is close to the Yaesu underground shopping arcade, making it convenient for shopping and eating.

Although the hotel doesn't fix the bed, replace the dental kit, slippers, etc., the overall experience is very good. Maybe, it is just the norm in Japan. The hotel staff are very accommodating to special requests. Didn't find any trouble in checking in late. Also, checking out is very easy and smooth.

The staff are very nice, and they offer complimentary drinks, bread, and candies at the lobby. Overall, our stay was great—quiet, comfortable, and relaxing. The place is clean, and although the toilet and shower are quite small, they’re actually cute and serve their purpose well.
The hotel is near Tokyo Station. It was a bit difficult to locate at first, but once you find it, getting to Tokyo Station becomes very easy. The station has almost everything you need, making the location very convenient.

Breakfast: The price was a bit high, but the variety and taste of the food were satisfactory for a hotel of this quality.
Location: It is conveniently located right in front of Exit 5 of Hanzomon Station. There are small supermarkets, 7-Eleven convenience stores, and restaurants nearby.
Service: The basic amenities provided are perfect, so there is no need to bring personal toiletries. Additional free services such as bottled water and green tea are also great.
Transportation: It's a cost-effective hotel considering its location, which allows you to travel anywhere in downtown Japan using the Hanzomon Line.
Cleanliness: I received daily room cleaning service and it was really neatly maintained.

The hotel is older, but the rooms are large, clean, and the staff speaks foreign languages fluently. Ordering meals or other services is top-notch! I spend a lot of time in the room, so this is the best choice!

excellent location. lots of things in walking distance - including the train station.
room was confortable and the staff were exceptionally nice. so quiet. wish we stayed more than one night.

the description said it was small but I found it to be bigger than I expected for the 2 of us. great location, walkable to the train station or a 5 min taxi. would stay here again.
