There is always room availabilty in this hotel. The room we got was clean, everything was neat especially the beds.

Although my check-in was late due to the flight schedule, the hotel staff's service was excellent. Since it was my first time in Hong Kong, I chose a hotel directly connected to the airport. The hotel room was also quiet, which was great. The coffee from the coffee maker was delicious.

It was a big help that there is a free shuttle to- and fro- the airport. The staff was also accommodating. Our room was cleaned everyday.

We stayed for 5D4N with our senior parents as a birthday gift. We travelled to HK for the celebration and booked Novotel as it is an ideal location near all the attractions for itinerary and it is situated beside Citygate Outlets. We requested for room service everyday and it was done with pleasure as we see the beds and the room very clean once we are back from our day activities. Every request that we make are attended with such cheerfulness. Even a request for us to get a light for the candle for the birthday cake we bought was also granted and we even get them to sing a Happy Birthday song. Overall, our stay was really delightful and we will definitely be back. Thank you very much for all the staff for their superb service.

It was a rapid and no fuss hotel check-in and check-out. The front desk staff are extremely helpfull. I love my requested room. Thank you. I will definitely come back.
