The Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel's buffet, "Steaming Hot All-You-Can-Eat Lobster, Unbeatable!" is the ultimate choice for a satisfying and abundant buffet. The food selection is rich and delicious, featuring both Chinese and Western dishes, and the buy-one-get-one-free price offers great value! However, because all the food options are incredibly tempting, even though I come here to enjoy the dinner buffet once or twice a month, I truly can't try everything! So, don't worry about the line for the "hot lobster" being longer than an army; many people, including myself, only eat half or one lobster. The reason is to save room for exploring all sorts of other delicious foods. You'll be surprised to find that soon "no one is queuing for lobster, because all the other delicacies are too good!" Also, the staff are polite and incredibly quick at clearing plates, true professional "plate-clearing specialists" – but they don't clear alien UFO "flying saucers." So, you definitely won't find any trace or information about the Hong Kong Marriott Hotel's "Pier Lounge & Bar" buffet's "generational plate-clearing specialists" in the recently declassified U.S. "UFO flying saucer files"! Haha!

Restaurant Environment: Excellent, with beautiful scenery, comfortable seating, and tables spaced well apart. The seating arrangement is very comfortable, not cramped at all. Service: Excellent. All staff members were very friendly, polite, and helpful. Price: This Klook offer was an exceptional value, providing great bang for your buck. Experience: Superb! It felt like a vacation at an overseas resort, different from typical city hotels. Although the location is a bit out of the way, it's very convenient if you're driving. The buffet hours are 6:00 PM - 9:30 PM, but only 3 hours of free parking are provided. After that, it's $80 per hour. It would be even better if 4 hours of free parking were offered. Food Taste: The food selection was very rich, ingredients were fresh, and the taste was excellent, especially the desserts 👍🏻. Overall Conclusion: A superb buffet experience. As a result, I ended up ordering regular afternoon tea. Fortunately, I checked the reviews before my trip and realized that many other users had fallen into the same linguistic trap as me. I immediately called the Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel to clarify and confirmed that I had indeed made the wrong booking. Although Klook was firm and stated that no changes could be made, the Marriott Hotel's customer service was incredibly accommodating and immediately helped me change my reservation to a Dinner Buffet! I had previously experienced their excellent service during a Long Stay at Marriott, and this unexpected incident once again confirmed the Marriott Hotel's thoughtful service, which truly deserves high praise! ⚠️ I also want to remind everyone of a crucial point: If you book dinner or any dining at the Marriott Hotel through Klook, you will not be able to earn Marriott Bonvoy points on-site. Please be aware of this before placing your order.

The food quality is exceptionally high, with every dish tasting excellent. It truly maintains a consistent standard. The previous dinner was also incredibly rich, especially the crab, which is their signature dish and made entirely of crab meat. I'll definitely mention it again! The lunch was very satisfying and delicious. Enjoying it with a glass of champagne while overlooking the sea view is absolutely fantastic. The staff are excellent, and the dishes are impeccably clean. I highly recommend this place.

Today lunch buffet in Wong Chuk Hang ION, very nice experience, good spacing, warm environment, staff nice and very polite, food is delicious, food refill efficiently, very appreciated that my friend was birthday on this week, a nice and delicious cake was provided by ION surprisingly. ION is so good and will be recommended to others. Thank you.

The service was excellent; every staff member was enthusiastic, polite, and friendly, making for a very comfortable experience. The environment was lovely, with sea views. The food was delicious, and the scones were fluffy. This time, the food was on the sweeter side. The main course beef was good, but the fish would have been even better with a little lime or lemon juice. If I have the chance, I will definitely dine here again.
