This hotel is hard to get to. about 15 min walk from outlet shuttle bus loop. Kinda strange need to take off shoes in the buffet dining area where the wooden floor may be wet or with food spillage. Breakfast buffet period was short, only serve breakfast till 0930. There were free drinks like coffee, hot tea and water available in the lobby. The main attraction for this hotel is mount fuji view from the guest room. Also can see mount fuji from the main lobby, dinning, and outdoor onsen. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

“Our Mt. Fuji tour was a wonderful experience and very well organized. Osman, our tour guide, was the best. He shared clear explanations and information at every stop. The drive was smooth and comfortable, and everything started on time. The itinerary flowed well, beginning with the pagoda, then Lake Kawaguchi, Lawson photo stop, and ending at Gotemba. 5th station was supposed to be included but closed as of today due to slippery road. Each location was beautiful. Time management was very good overall, especially at the main sightseeing spots, and Osman made sure everyone knew where to meet and when. The only thing we would have loved is more time at Gotemba, as there was so much to see and do there. Overall, this was a well-planned, smooth, and memorable Mt. Fuji tour. Osman did a great job making the day comfortable and informative. We highly recommend this tour, especially for first-time visitors who want to see Mt. Fuji highlights with an excellent guide.”

Great views of Mount Fuji and overall a great day out. Host Lily was super friendly and accommodating. She even drove us directly to our hotel upon return. Highly recommend this tour 👍😊

This is a new hotel very close to Gotemba Outlet. It has plenty of parking spaces, so it is highly recommended to drive there. The rooms with a view of Mount Fuji are very spacious and comfortable, equipped with an induction cooker, pots, pans, bowls, chopsticks, and other simple kitchen utensils, as well as a washer/dryer. This is very convenient for families who need to wash clothes, but the capacity is only 7kg, which is a bit small for guests in a family room. In addition, each guest room has its own independent Wi-Fi, so you cannot connect to Wi-Fi when you leave the room. Breakfast is a refined affair. This hotel does not offer telephone service. After checking in at the front desk, a QR code is provided as a key. If you have any problems, you may need to go to the front desk in person to inquire.

Arrived at Hotel CLAD in Gotemba on 12/29, and this place is simply a vacation paradise! The hotel's location couldn't be better; just a few steps downstairs and you're at Gotemba Premium Outlets. You can shop like crazy and immediately return to your room to drop off your purchases, then rush back to continue the battle. This is true "shopping freedom"! What I'll remember most is the large public bath, "Konohana no Yu." While soaking in the warm hot spring, I looked up to gaze at the huge and clear Mount Fuji. At that moment, I truly felt like my life was complete, and all the pressure instantly disappeared. It was truly the greatest enjoyment in life! Bathing in such beautiful scenery, my mind, body, and soul were completely healed. This birthday trip, from Disneyland to the foot of Mount Fuji, is a memory I can savor all year long. So happy!

Thanks to our tour guide Andrew's wonderful guidance, we happily and cheerfully wrapped up our trip with the Mt. Fuji tour on the last day.
