Booking accommodations with Klook is very convenient, and the hotel offers self check-in and check-out. The hotel staff are friendly and welcoming, and there are board games available in the lobby. The two double beds were plenty big enough for two adults and a child, and the room was spacious, especially the bathroom, which had a non-slip floor, making it very safe.

Overall, the location and hotel facilities are excellent. The swimming pool is open until 10 PM, and the rooms have a microwave, induction cooker, so you can cook your own food. There is also a washing machine in the room for laundry.

It's newer, more modern, quieter, and more spacious than the Halekulani in Hawaii. It may be the best place in Japan to luxuriate in an extraordinary experience at a lavish beach resort hotel. Highly recommended!

The room is large and clean. There's a kitchen to cook your own meals. There are also many restaurants nearby, and a convenience store across the street. The parking lot has plenty of parking spaces.

The hotel staff are very friendly, and the rooms are clean and tidy. You need to queue online for breakfast, or you can call to change it to lunch. This time, lunch was at the Escale restaurant, which offers Western-style set meals. There are also children's套餐 available, which are suitable for kids.

Friendly service, received a complimentary room upgrade for a 3-night stay. The room was simple, cozy, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Would gladly visit again.
