The location is quite remote. Considering the price, the hotel environment is reasonable. On the first day, there was no hot water. I used the check-in machine to call for assistance, and someone arrived within 10 minutes to fix it. The service was generally acceptable.

The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant, giving a true vacation feel. Parking was free and convenient. Due to it being summer, there were quite a few small insects in the hallways. There were always food trucks outside the hotel, so dining was never a concern.

after my first stay at this hotel. I never look for other places to stay when I go to Okinawa . this resort has everything you want.Family friendly . it has indoor and outdoor pool, a private beach that you kids can enjoy.it serves varieties of delicious dishes for breakfast lunch and dinner . it has izakaya that serves okinawa dishes and drinks and also they have all you can eat yakiniku open for diner. its a good value for money. the staffs are kind and helpful. I recommend the ocean view room. I definitely will be back again with my family.

Great location, friendly and helpful service, large resort but has a warm atmosphere and the private beach and infinity pool were clean and beautiful. Sunset was amazing! Would recommend this to couples and families.

Service: Guests are made to feel at home, with dedicated staff assisting from parking to check-in, restaurant arrangements, and check-out.

my stay was interrupted by typhoon and most activities were closed after my 2nd night. however, staff at the front desk are helpful. i got a full refund on early cancellation.

The hotel is right on the beach, and the elevator goes directly down, which is very convenient, though the rooms are a bit small. The hotel offers water activities, and there are plenty of fish for snorkeling. The breakfast is the same every day and doesn't offer many choices, but it's acceptable for the price. Overall, we were very satisfied.

It was the best experience. This is my second time in Okinawa, and I'm so grateful for the beautiful memories made here with my son, who is almost a teenager. The first time was a babymoon with my son in my belly, and now it's a thankful trip to see him grown so well. This is our couple's first trip back in 12 years, as we promised to return.
