The hotel staff provided excellent service! They were warm and attentive. The location is superb, with buses right next door, The transportation is very convenient

The location is very convenient, as you can walk to the Cathedral and the Alcaicería (Arab market), or take the red Alhambra bus from Plaza Nueva station, which is just an 8-minute walk away. Downstairs, there are many famous and delicious restaurants. The soundproofing is excellent, so you can't hear any outside noise. A minor drawback is that the triple room has two beds plus an extra bed, which can be a bit tight with three large suitcases, but it offers great value for money.

very nice hotel and great staff, had a good gym (dumbbells and cable machine) room was great too, very clean, tidy and had what we needed
