Exceptional Experience at the Royal Palace! I booked my tickets via Klook and it was a seamless experience from start to finish. The mobile voucher made entry incredibly easy, and the "Skip-the-Line" access saved us a significant amount of time—definitely the best way to visit such a popular landmark. The highlight of the trip was our tour guide. He was truly outstanding and made the history of the Spanish monarchy come alive. He guided us through each section of the Palace—from the Throne Room to the Royal Armory—providing excellent information and fascinating details at every stop. His explanations were clear, engaging, and gave us a much deeper appreciation for the art and architecture than we would have had on our own. Highly recommend booking this through Klook if you want a hassle-free visit with top-tier insights! Rating: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The works of this Spanish artist are truly amazing, with over 1,000 pieces on display. We spent almost an entire day admiring them. If you appreciate oil paintings, you'll definitely want to stay longer. Please note, however, that photography is not allowed inside the museum. Remember to bring your own drinking water, as none is provided. There is a cafe on-site where you can eat, drink, or grab a beverage during your visit. The security staff are friendly and can guide you through the various exhibition halls. Oh, and there's also a photo zone nearby! Don't forget to explore the museum thoroughly. Purchasing tickets through the Coca-Cola system is very convenient; there's no need to wait in line, just show your ticket to the staff.

I am so happy I booked this guided tour. Gabby did a great job leading the large group, gave great directions and is a great story teller- very funny as well. The views in Segovia and Toledo were great and I would’ve skipped Avila for a longer time especially in Segovia. Beautiful sights and a comfortable bus ride as well. Thank you!

Besides Guernica, there were many other interesting works on the 4th floor. If there was a piece I was curious about, I found it really useful to take a picture of the artwork and its description and ask the AI to explain/interpret it. For those interested in modern art, I recommend starting on the 4th floor and working your way down.

Book major attractions early

Popular spots like the Royal Palace, Prado Museum, and Reina Sofía often sell out during busy seasons. Reserve your tickets online a few days ahead so you can skip long lines and choose the best time to visit.

Take a break during siesta hours

Some small stores and restaurants in Madrid close in the afternoon, usually between 2 and 5 PM. Use this time to rest at your hotel, enjoy a quiet walk in El Retiro Park, or grab a snack at places that stay open, like Mercado de San Miguel.

Stay connected with a Spain eSIM
