This trip happened to coincide with the Emperor of Japan's birthday holiday, and there was traffic on the road, but thank you to Ms. Fumiko and the driver for arranging the itinerary so well. The itinerary was great, it's just a pity that there wasn't enough time for shopping, but they did their best. I recommend this trip!

Our Guide Mr Lee is smiley and friendly. His guide us at little Edo Street and recommend many nice streets foods and snack to buy home. Since it was raining, he suggested we should go for Prince shopping mall instead as my husband unable to do lots of walking. We are fortunate to have him as our guide.

Thank you, Director Liu, for today's tour. You're always so thoughtful and helpful. The weather wasn't great today, so we couldn't visit Kumoba Pond, but I really loved Koedo on the way back. 🥰 I hope to visit Kumoba Pond next time.

This was an amazing day in Nikko and surrounding area. Pick up was punctual and as discussed. Our driver took us to few amazing places and gave us a time to explore. No rushing, no chasing, relax and enjoyable trip. We recommend to anyone!

Matt was a wonderful driver. We were able to enjoy the sites that we wanted to see while going at our own pace and schedule. Highly recommend that you get a private escort and create your own itinerary instead of joining a bus tour.

A great experience! Highly recommend our instructor, Coach Peng, for today. He was very patient and attentive to the three of us with no experience. Soon, my dad and daughter were able to ride the cable car 🚡 and ski with the coach! He also helped us film a skiing video. We are really happy, it was a great experience ❤️. Instructor: Coach Peng 👍
