The QR code in the ticket confirmation email allows direct entry to the pier. Just show the QR code to the staff for registration. No need to redeem a physical paper ticket again. No need to queue at the pier to waste time buying tickets. Save time, convenient and fast. The ferry journey only takes about 45 minutes to reach Shenzhen Shekou Pier. K11 is right outside the pier. Walk a little further along the coast for about 20 minutes to reach Sea World. Driver come on time to door front, crossing custom a bit slow exiting Hong Kong side, stay in the car passing through. After that, traffic was smooth to the Hong Kong hotel.

It would be helpful to have the address written in Chinese. There was confusion due to the English notation, and the address cannot be found on the Chinese map app 'A trip' or Google Maps. It directs to a different location instead. It would be good to add the Chinese address shown in the attached photo.

I didn’t buy a ticket for my child, so they need to bind his passport to mine. it is done over the counter very quickly. once u check in, there’s nothing much in the departure waiting area. so pls make sure u eat first before check in. the ride is about 85mins. we bought first class, but as the boat wasn’t full, we managed to just let ur child sit on the extra seats available.

The vehicles are new and clean! When passing through customs, be sure to carry your documents with you! Customs officers will check them! The main travel time depends on the customs inspection (vehicles, personnel), and the road conditions, the traffic was smooth on the day of travel, so it took just over an hour to arrive!

The counter at Daxing airport is not open as it’s still undergoing maintenance. The contact person mail the metro cards to our hotel via express delivery that arrived on the morning when we checked into our hotel.
