- Maximum of 1 standard luggage and 1 handbag per person
- Each adult passenger can carry 1 piece of luggage free of charge, with a weight not exceeding 20 kg and dimensions not exceeding 158 cm. Children can carry 1 piece of luggage free of charge, with a weight not exceeding 10 kg and dimensions not exceeding 158 cm. For any excess over the above limits, RMB 20 will be charged for every 10 kg, with less than 10 kg calculated as 10 kg. Excess baggage fees will be collected on site.

- Infants under 1 year old can purchase free infant tickets, which must be purchased in person at the corresponding ferry terminal ticket center before departure.

It was relatively easy to change to physical tickets. Need to collect them about 20min before the vessel departure timing and cater time to find the ticket office. First class tickets come with a choice of drink and snacks. Overall it was a smooth experience.

Really convenient and not very crowded way to head to Shenzhen. very comfortable ferry and quick past through ports at both ends.
Could only take the Ferry to Hong Kong to exit for the 10 days in China. Could not take the high speed train.
