The service was super useful and convenient. The driver was on time, chose the best route, was seamless through the border crossing, and was polite. He drove safely and accommodated the whole family, including the kids and luggage.

Just show the QR code to board, it's very convenient. The seats are comfortable, and the air conditioning is cool enough. Next time I take the Cross-Boundary Express bus, I'll buy tickets through Klook again.

During the Spring Festival of the Year of the Horse, my family went to Shenzhen Nanshan District for a 3-day vacation. Because we had elderly family members, and since we were going to Nanshan District, taking a boat to Shekou was quite convenient. We had a relaxed and easy border crossing, a comfortable ride, and a happy and carefree 3 days. We were very satisfied.

From Taipa Ferry Terminal to Shekou, proceed to the second floor to collect your ticket. Wait for the entrance to open, then go through immigration, and finally wait at the gate to board the ferry.

Took the ferry from Shenzhen Shekou to Zhuhai and it was a smooth experience. The boarding process was efficient, the ferry was clean and comfortable, and the ride itself was relaxing with great views along the way. Staff were friendly and helpful, making the trip hassle-free. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling between Shenzhen and Zhuhai!

This is a very convenient transfer service, perfect for travelers like us who are just doing a one-day layover. We were able to eat, drink, and casually explore Shenzhen, and also visit a friend, before heading back to Hong Kong Airport to continue the next leg of our journey!

Great experience, took so much of the potential hassle out off travelling as a family with large luggage between Hong Kong and Shenzhen, with associated boarder crossing, immigration, customs, etc. and comfortable to boot …!

Ordered for delivery to the hotel in Shanghai. Delivery was prompt by courier but no notification of parcel tracking and delivery time. Had to ask the hotel a few times to be able to get the cards. Other than that, cards were cute and usable.
