One of the best experiences especially if you have a very limited time in Harbin but would love to experience Harbin to the fullest. The sevice is impeccable, eventhough a tour guide was not included but the operator & driver guided and helped us with everything. Would definitely recommend!

We had a memorable lunch at Hongmen Yuyan! It is located in the Chinese Baroque Street and is a short walk away from Chinese-baroque Block Metro Station (Line 3). We opted for the VIP Lunch (without cosplay) and were assigned seats in the middle of the aisle. The pre-lunch games and NPC-interactions were fun and entertaining, though you'd need to have a good command of Mandarin to understand them. The performances were eye-catching and the choreography was well planned. The food is acceptable and the sweet items were more delicous than the savoury items - do note that the food served will not necessarily match the Klook menu so one should be mindful about any religous food restrictions/allergens. I appreciate that a short birthday segment was arranged for my father at a very short notice - I informed one of the female staff only upon arrival since I booked through Klook and did not know how to contact the restaurant directly. Overall, the experience is value-for-money and recommended!!

I had a memorable experience at Polar Park. The place is beautiful, clean, and organized. The animals are cute, and there are several interesting animal shows. The cutest is the penguin show. Polar Park is truly a perfect vacation spot for families and children. Buying on Klook is very easy; you can buy it on Klook in less than a day. The price is competitive, and just show the QR code to the staff to enter the Polar Park.

I recently took the China Snow Town & Erlanghe River Rafting 1-day tour. It was a private tour for just the three of us in my family, so it was relaxing, comfortable, and a very satisfying itinerary. We were picked up at Abuli West Railway Station, and the atmosphere was great because it wasn't a group tour, so we could talk freely as we went. Our guide, Mr. Xia, was kind and calmly provided information, and he carefully explained the safety rules before the experience, so we were able to participate with peace of mind. Erlanghe River rafting was a special winter experience, passing through snow-covered rivers and forests. Rafting in the snowy scenery was more thrilling than I thought, and the white expanse of scenery was impressive. I liked that we were only with our family, so we could take plenty of photos and enjoy it at our leisure. We also chose to experience paid activities such as horse sledding, ice slides, reindeer experience, and snow tank, which were fun and unique experiences. Snow Town felt a bit commercial, but the snow-covered village scenery was beautiful. Overall, it was a day where we could safely and comfortably enjoy winter. We joined the Snow Town & Erlanghe Rafting tour as a family of three, and it felt private and comfortable. Mr. Xia was professional and attentive, ensuring everything was safe and organized. The snowy rafting scenery was beautiful and unique, and the optional activities added extra fun. Although Snow Town felt slightly commercialized, the winter landscape was still stunning and memorable.

This tour is definitely a smooth and hassle-free. Destination are nice and hotels are beautiful. All staff are accommodating. Tour guide/driver is very friendly and has a lot of patience.
