  • If the itinerary is delayed due to force majeure factors such as heavy snow blocking roads or reasons attributable to the tourists themselves, the travel agency will actively coordinate, and the resulting expenses shall be borne by the guests.

Please be aware and understand.
  • Skiing Tips: Skiing is a high-risk sports activity; please be sure to pay attention to personal safety. Skiing is very exciting, but for beginners, if not well-considered, there are great risks. Please fully consider your own situation and act within your capabilities. Skiing consumes a lot of physical strength, so it's best to eat some chocolate and replenish some water before skiing. Before skiing, warm up all joints of your body, such as doing stretching exercises for your arms and legs. When walking on ice and snow, your knees should be slightly bent, and your body's center of gravity should lean forward, which makes it less likely to fall. Before skiing, you should first read the ski resort guide in detail, understand the relevant regulations and conditions, and learn basic techniques from a coach. When skiing, you should follow the staff's guidance and not enter the mountain forests or advanced ski trails without authorization. Most of the skiing activities arranged during the trip are in the mountain forests, so tourists should pay attention to fire prevention.
  • White snow can reflect strong ultraviolet rays and light. It is recommended that everyone bring their own sunglasses to prevent snow blindness.
  • Guests come from all over the world, and platforms are also different. Please do not compare prices; your understanding is appreciated.
  • Antifreeze: In cold outdoor environments, avoid direct contact between damp skin and metal objects to prevent skin from sticking and tearing off.
  • Documents: Be sure to bring valid identification documents such as your ID card, your child's household registration booklet, etc. Foreign guests should bring their passports and residence permits, and Taiwanese compatriots should bring their Taiwan Compatriot Travel Documents. During the travel process, these documents must be presented for air travel and hotel accommodation.
  • Clothing: Northeast winter outdoor temperatures around -20°C, indoor temperatures +25°C, large temperature difference!! Dressing principle: close-fitting clothing should be quick-drying to prevent sweating, outer layers can be layered for warmth when cold, worn alone when hot without awkwardness, and outer jackets/pants/shoes should be as waterproof as possible (especially for children, as snow can easily get them wet). Parent-child dressing formula: Tops (4-5 pieces): quick-drying shirt + German fleece underwear + sweater/hoodie + down vest + over-the-knee down jacket (filling weight 300g+). Bottoms (3 pieces): quick-drying pants/thermal underwear + German fleece pants/warm pants + shell pants/ski pants (windproof, waterproof, and ideally snow-resistant to keep pants dry). Socks and shoes: cotton socks/cashmere socks + heated insoles (for those who are sensitive to cold) + snow boots/fleece-lined hiking boots. Shoe size should be one or two sizes larger than normal to accommodate insoles and thick socks, protecting feet from frostbite. Accessories: fleece-lined hat + scarf + gloves (2 pairs can be used: one pair of waterproof gloves for playing in the snow, one pair of plush touchscreen gloves for checking phones) + earmuffs + thick mask (not disposable! windproof). Electronic devices: mobile phones, cameras, power banks, etc. Prolonged outdoor activities can cause them to shut down due to low temperatures, so they can be placed in close-fitting pockets. Skincare products: toiletries, sunscreen, moisturizer, sunglasses (bright sun on snow is strongly reflective and dazzling, UV rays are strong, and indoor heating is dry, so do a good job of sun protection and moisturizing). Others: common medicines + snacks + ID card/small amount of cash + hand warmers (savior for southerners) + thermos (for drinking hot water & throwing water into ice).
  • Medication: Purchase common medications such as motion sickness pills, Rindan, anti-inflammatory drugs, gastrointestinal drugs, berberine, cold medicine, and band-aids according to doctor's orders. Guests with heart disease or high blood pressure should carry their necessary medications with them.
  • Diet: Northeastern cuisine mainly consists of rice and noodles. Stews are also a major feature, with the famous "Eight Great Stews": pork stew with vermicelli, lamb stew with sauerkraut, beef stew with potatoes, pork bone stew with tofu, mushroom stew with chicken, Demoli stewed fish, carrot stew with ribs, and beef stew with shredded radish. Northeasterners like to eat vegetables raw. One type is cold dishes, such as homemade cold dishes, where many fresh vegetables are mixed with soy products and vermicelli, as well as cucumber with shredded jelly. Another type is dipping vegetables with sauce. Northeastern flavors emphasize saltiness and spiciness, with saltiness being dominant, and are rich in oil and strong in color, which may not suit your taste. Tourists are advised to bring some convenient food for emergencies.

They are so accomodating, the agent also help me a lot from the time i booked this package, they also response quickly, they attend to your need! Good Job
the activities were very fun and it’s good to experience it. this is random but I ended up peeing in the designated toilet above the snow at the horse ride location; a really one-of-a-kind experience if you want to try it👍 the travelling between each location is quite smooth and the coordinators are friendly, got to know interesting facts there and their lifestyle in different seasons. some additional fees you can pay for is a skiing instructor (not part of package); a tip is to remember to ask the skiing instructor to help you take a video as not all skiing instructors do that
The time was well-spent, and the care was comprehensive! Attentive service made our Yabuli experience pleasant! We will join your trip next time!
We had an enjoyable time. Small group. Good communications via wechat and guide was on time with the pick-ups and programme.
