Scan the QR in klook voucher at the entrance machine (next to the aquarium) and show the slip to the receptionist. Put your shoes in the box + enter the bathing section. Bring your own toiletries or you may purchase on site (4000won). Staff will brief you what to do inside the bathing section and the scrub expert will look for you once they see you washed and cleaned up. Just observe and follow the crowd.

The Dongmyo location is clean, but the full body scrub package doesn't include shampoo or a bath towel, which is inconvenient as you have to pay extra. It would be best to clarify this or include it all! You have to reserve sleeping spaces in advance... Overall, it's okay.

The K-Beauty facial was absolutely amazing. The practitioner has excellent technique. The treatment is comprehensive. It's a pure moment of relaxation and bliss. The salon is clean and inviting. The 100-minute session was well worth it — the therapist was professional, attentive, and knew exactly where to apply pressure, especially around the shoulders, back, and head. The environment was clean, calm, and comfortable, making it easy to fully unwind after a long day of walking in Seoul. I left feeling refreshed, lighter, and much less tense. Communication was smooth and the overall flow of the session felt well-paced from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a proper massage in Myeongdong. I would definitely come back again on my next trip.

It's a welcoming and cal serene space right in the middle of Myeongdong shopping area for your relaxation. The receptionist and beautician are both pretty fluent jn English so you won't feel lost. I purchased a damaged skin package and I was surprised by their technic where they massaged by lymp nodes and it was a bit painful as not used to it but I liked it! a great experience. my face was glowing after the session and felt rejuvenated. the place was nice and clean, staff was kind and would definitely visit again!

this was my first experience of a massage in Korea and it was truly amazing! I booked the foot massage. A lovely lady greeted me - she spoke very good English - and showed me what to do. A quick change into some shorts and then a hot foot bath and some tea before the treatment started. the most fabulous hard pressure but it felt gentle and wonderful! I didn’t want the appointment to end but I’ll definitely be back before I leave Korea. can’t recommend this enough - treat yourself, you won’t be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

An unexpectedly great experience! Everyone should try it! We booked the face, body, and foot treatment. However, this treatment didn't originally include a body scrub, so after we arrived and communicated with them, we paid extra to add the body scrub. The whole process was very extensive. First, we changed clothes, then went to dry sauna for about 10 minutes, then took a shower. Some of the staff told us to wash thoroughly. After that, we soaked in a sort of hot spring. Then we laid face down on a bed with a plastic sheet, and one of the staff sang a little tune while giving us a very detailed body scrub, then washed our hair and face. After that, they applied a mud mask all over our bodies and we went for another sauna. After finishing that, we showered again, then after drying ourselves, there was a machine that moved from the bottom up to blow us dry, it was hilarious. Then we went down to the next floor for a full body massage. After the back massage, we turned over and they did like 100 steps of facial mask and a foot massage. When we opened our eyes afterwards, we realized that our skin was at least two shades lighter, no joke. Everyone should remember to come and experience it next time. If you're taking a late-night flight, this is a great place to recharge! Awesome! The photos don't show how good the place is, you have to try it!
