The overall experience was great! We were picked up at 9am by a regular bus and then transferred to a sleeper bus. It was clean and spacious and the driver was great. We were dropped off at our hotel. I highly recommend this bus!

Four adult women, private tour, with ATV add-on - We were dropped off at the White Sand Dunes parking lot, where we rode two people per ATV up the hill. It's a short ride. The sunrise is spectacular. A sunrise hotspot! On the way out, we took pictures with the wind turbines and the sea in the background. The driver took the pictures enthusiastically. Next, we went to the dragon fruit farm, paid 50k per person for admission including a drink, toured the farm, and then had fruit and drinks. It was great to climb all the way up to the top of the Red Sand Dunes. We skipped the fishing village and walked through Fairy Stream. It's a fulfilling tour. It's great that the itinerary can be changed.

The driver waited on time and drove safely from Mui Ne to Da Lat, so I arrived safely. I was worried because there were places where earth and sand had poured out in many places on the pass due to the heavy rain a while ago, but fortunately, all the spilled earth and sand were cleared, so I arrived safely without going a long way around~! And he stopped at the rest stop in the middle, which is a photo spot, so I could enjoy the wonderful scenery.

I was worried because there weren't many Korean reviews, but don't worry and take it! However, as a tip, if you sign up for WhatsApp in advance and enter your WhatsApp ID when paying, you can receive separate text message instructions. If your accommodation is in District 1 of Ho Chi Minh City (and the meeting point is close), they will provide a pick-up service via Grab. The bus is more like a premium bus than a sleeper bus, but it is comfortable and nice to travel to and from Mui Ne. Above all, it is brand new. Also, the staff are friendly. Anyway, highly recommended!

When traveling from Ho Chi Minh City to Mui Ne, it seems large buses can't directly access the bus terminal within the city, so we initially transferred via another bus for about 15 minutes. During that transfer, you'll show your voucher at the bus company and they'll ask where you want to get off, so tell them your desired location and they'll drop you off! (I was dropped off in front of my hotel). After that, you'll receive something like a receipt with your seat number written on it, so take that seat upon arrival. Shoes are not allowed inside the bus, and you'll be asked to take them off before boarding, so I recommend wearing shoes that are easy to remove. Each seat has a charging port, bottled water, and a refreshing towel provided, and the seats are spacious enough! A child under elementary school age could comfortably sit in one seat. There's also a rest stop along the way, and we arrived in Mui Ne in about 3 hours. On the way there, I had an upper-level seat with a great view, and on the way back I had a lower-level seat, so personally I highly recommend an upper-level seat! Haha. For the return trip, I waited at the pickup location specified when I booked, and the pickup arrived on time. I was a little worried, so I also confirmed the time at the hotel reception, but I was able to return to Ho Chi Minh without any problems. I was very satisfied with this quality for this price! At first, I was debating between this and a slightly more expensive van, but this bus was more than satisfactory. ✨

I booked a 12 PM pickup and had confirmed that time beforehand 😊. I was informed via KakaoTalk on the day of that they would arrive at 11:40 AM and to be ready about 10 minutes prior 😊. On the day of, around 9 AM and 11 AM, they told me the car type via KakaoTalk, and the resort reception even called at 11:30 AM to tell us our driver had arrived and to hurry up 🥰. Due to poor communication with the resort and a late buggy, we were able to get in the car by 11:55 AM, before the 12 PM pickup time, so I sincerely apologize 😢. We understand a little Vietnamese, and the driver was saying in Vietnamese, "We arrived late because of them," and I'm sorry that other customers were also picked up late because of us 😭. Did all the Koreans understand? From the start, they were extremely impatient and kept saying we were on board, and they were really rude and unpleasant to other people~ It was a terrible experience 🥰. Then they should have just said the pickup time was 11:40 AM from the beginning; it's the best 😊.

very easy to book. The agent will send you a reminder. The office in HCMC is near city centre and they will drop you off to the resort in Phan Thiet. The car was clean, they provided mineral water and wet wipes. We stopped at rest area for around 15 minutes. The only minus point was that the driver did not speak basic english, when we stopped at the rest area he did not anounce anything in english so we were a bit hesitant to explore, but overall it was an enjoyable service. Thank you!

We were impressed with the comfort of the seats and the transfer to our accommodation in DaLat. The address for pick up was not correct in the email, but we could walk to the correct place. Without knowing Vietnamese we watched what other travellers did when boarding and when making toilet/food breaks. This was our first experience in a sleeper bus. It would not suit travellers who are a bit bigger or unable to climb up to second level (although I understand you can request a bottom level seat). Overall, a good service, well priced.
