Really good ski instructors. coach Maggie, Chan and their really picture perfect photographer are really awesome, patient and really focus if you are a beginner. well organised team and very accommodating team. 100% highly recommended Team.

Location: Asarigawa Onsen Ski Resort, Otaru Experience: 101 points Safety: Instructor Xie will assess whether students are suitable to go up the mountain to ski. His instruction is very professional, allowing students to go up and down the mountain together. He also helps us record videos and take photos. Thank you very much! 😊

Used on December 22, 2025. It was snowy and cold at Mt. Tengu that day, so wear warm clothes. There is only one ticket window, so you will need to queue and wait. After receiving your ticket, you will also need to queue to take the cable car to the top of the mountain. You can enjoy the night view in the restaurant inside, and it's very exciting to see the mountains of accumulated snow!

It was a very organized trip, our guide/driver is very kind and helpful, He is knowledgeable in every places that we visit. He looks after us in every place. I enjoyed this trip, I will definitely book here again if I have the chance,

Her information and announcements were very clear both in English and Chinese (she could speak Japanese fluently too). Her smiling & happy face made me feel happy too! She is attentive and helpful, giving us lots of tips and guidance, thanks Lily💕Hope we‘ll meet again!

We like all the places especially visit Otaru! it was fun and enjoy seafood there ( Kiku Sushi) 🍣, The tour guide Frank is very helpful and he alway make sure that everyone is on time which make the tour smoother when traveling a lot of people.

This tour felt like we were able to see so many different sides of Hokkaido in just one day. Everything was well organized, and the itinerary was followed smoothly throughout the day. Our tour guide, Jeremy, was incredibly helpful and made sure everything stayed on schedule. He also shared great recommendations for meal spots, which made the experience even better since we got to try some really good local food. Overall, it was a very enjoyable and memorable tour. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to explore these beautiful destinations comfortably and efficiently!

If you only book one tour in Hokkaido, be sure to choose this one. The day trip route is very reasonable, and the scenery along the way is beautiful and diverse. The tour guide is meticulous and enthusiastic.
