Penang boasts a rich biodiversity and a diverse cultural landscape. Both the spices within the park and the complimentary tea utilize local resources. The Fish SPA is a fun and interesting experience, and the provided app-based tour guide is very informative. Overall, it's a wonderful experience.
You can enter from 9 AM, so it was a great place to enjoy the morning, even in Penang where mornings tend to start later. Walking along the mountain path surrounded by herbs and spices was very therapeutic. Along the way, you can experience a free doctor fish treatment in a natural river. You can sit down and put your feet in the water. It felt wonderful. Since it's shallow, even small children could wade in the river and have fun. Unfortunately, the cafe wasn't open, but we were still very satisfied. Experience: Excellent
The course is quite challenging, especially since many tourists are coming today. Overall, it's good to see, although I am somewhat disappointed with certain spots that are not yet ready for visitors. Perhaps the map is confusing, I don't know.
In the primeval forest, you'll see many types of plants and a large number of insects, so you'll need to spray plenty of mosquito repellent. If you love nature, you'll enjoy seeing the natural environment, including flowers, plants, and trees.
We joined the 9 am guided tour with a group of four. The guide was very informative, explaining things clearly and even letting us smell the spice leaves while introducing them! I recommend joining a guided tour group; you won't get as in-depth of an experience just wandering around on your own.
Second time to bring friends. Easy to redeem. Just hope they will maintain and upkeep the place. It is actually a beautiful place.
the tour guide, Zaki was really friendly and informative about the different types of plants! definitely worth visiting if you’re in Penang☺️
A jungle paradise where spices come alive! 🌶️🌿 Wandering through the lush garden feels like stepping into nature’s pantry—fragrant, colorful, and full of surprises. The guided tours are fun and insightful, and the cooking class is a must if you love food (warning: you may never look at cinnamon the same way again). Getting here is easy—Grab for comfort, bus for budget, motorbike for adventure, or car if you’re exploring more of Penang. Worth every minute—beautiful, educational, and deliciously unique!
