A repeat purchase choice, family members expressed satisfaction, and we will come again next time. This time, we chose the Art Family Room, with Mickey Mouse accompanying us, adding an unexpected touch of childlike innocence. We also tried the afternoon tea included with the hotel package. The afternoon tea simple snacks were included with the hotel package, so we didn't have too many expectations since it was complimentary. The food was warm, but there weren't many choices. Cleanliness: Good Breakfast: Chinese and Western style, good quality and taste Transportation Convenience: Close to the subway station, only a few minutes' walk from the hotel Service: Friendly front desk staff, giving warm reminders and patiently responding to inquiries. Hotel Location: The hotel closest to the tourist attractions, and close to several shopping malls, which is very convenient for traveling with the elderly and children.

The hotel room does not offer the Mickey-themed king-bed room I originally booked, but it upgraded me to a deluxe executive room. The breakfast area is comfortable, but not too many styles, but the CP value is good for the price👍🏼. The location of the hotel is very convenient. It only takes 2 minutes to walk to Exit B of Huaqiang Road Metro Station, 2 minutes to walk to AVIC City Junxun Shopping Center, and 10 minutes to walk to Huaqiang North SEG Plaza. There are many restaurants nearby. Very good and of high quality.

The hotel is near Exit B of China Road. This time, I chose the "Wonderful Guide Garden" package with hotel discounts! This package is very affordable, especially since it includes tickets to the "Wonderful Guide," and the hotel also includes afternoon tea, breakfast, and drinks in the room – simply great value.

Hotel Location: Convenient, right next to the "Wan Mei Gong Lue" (Play Perfect Guide), just across the street. Close to major shopping malls, with plenty of dining options even during the Chinese New Year. Transportation Convenience: Directly accessible from Shenzhen Metro Line 1, "Huaqiang Road Station" Exit B/C. Service: Good attitude. Arrived at 11 am on the first day of Chinese New Year and was surprised that a room was already available for check-in, and no deposit was required. There were also activities during Chinese New Year, with a lucky draw for small gifts (such as dolls, luggage bags, etc.). Breakfast: Good, definitely up to 4-star standards. Extra child surcharge of $48. Cleanliness: Average. The exterior also looks a bit old... The gym is on the 35th floor and requires 2-3 elevator transfers to reach. The equipment is a bit unmaintained... Since this is a "Wan Mei Gong Lue" (Play Perfect Guide) package, let's also talk about "Wan Mei Gong Lue." You can enter and exit at will from 10 am to 10 pm on the same day. Not too crowded early on the first day of the new year, gradually getting busier, but overall, you don't have to queue to play (except for the go-karts, which really require queuing). There was a lion dance, creating a festive atmosphere. We played from 11 am to 1 pm, and then again from 3 pm to 8 pm! Because the hotel is really close, the elderly can also return to the hotel to rest in between, and come back after enough rest... The whole family was happy, with both active and relaxing options!

Staying two nights, no need to switch rooms. This order includes movie ticket vouchers. It's cheaper to buy them yourself, though. The theater space is a bit cramped. It would be better if the air conditioning could be turned up a bit.

Convenient location, with a large shopping mall right next door. Soundproofing is acceptable. Limited seating at breakfast. Many Hong Kong residents visit the Galaxy Macau, making it easier to play in the mornings when there are fewer people. The only downside is that the weather was cold these past two days, but the room did not provide heating, only air conditioning.

The hotel is conveniently located: close to MTR, close to shopping mall, close to play beauty strategy. But no pool, no bathtub. The restaurant staff is unfriendly and charges randomly. The package includes free breakfast for 2 adults and 1 child, but the staff at the door requires children to be charged. Finally, you have to go to the front table to do it. It's free. But the next day, the staff asked me to go to the front table again. A kitten appeared at the hotel, which was very cute. But the hotel staff kept driving him away, unloving.

The hotel is located next to Exit B of Huaqiang Road, which is very convenient. I was upgraded to a suite this time, and the room was very large, overall clean and comfortable, but the decoration is quite dated. The package also includes two all-day tickets for the "Amazing Guide" (Wanmei Gonglue), breakfast, and afternoon tea, all for just over a thousand yuan, which feels like a great value.

There are many facilities near the hotel that are suitable for children. The location is very convenient. The room is also very clean and well-maintained. The price is very affordable. The restaurants near the hotel are cheap and good quality, I will go there again when I have time.
