Overall, a satisfying experience. However, since the package was purchased on Klook on the same day, the confirmation process took a long time. I emailed Klook support for inquiries, but the reply wasn't received until the next day. I wanted to cancel at the time, but it wasn't possible. Ultimately, it was confirmed. I had a very happy 2-day leisure stay at the hotel with my family. The staff arranged a high floor for us, and the breakfast buffet was very rich. The room was clean. I will visit again next time!

I booked a double room package with breakfast. This was my first stay, and the front desk staff assigned me a high-floor room. The breakfast was very rich, and I was also able to request a late checkout. I apologize for forgetting to take photos.

This hotel has been around for quite a while, but it's still very well-maintained, probably because it's a foreign-owned hotel. The breakfast selection is excellent and the value for money is very high, making it a worthwhile place to stay.

Congee station long long queue and orders mixed up. Food variety below a 5-star hotel standard and not appealing. Quite disappointing.
