This tour was such a great way to see the islands and villages neighbouring Hoi An. Our guide, Tam, is very knowledgable, and she explained so many things about local life during the tour. The whole team (we were with 1 jeep and 2 scooters) is super enthusiastic. And we could stop for some photo ops. At the stops they chose, we could learn about local crafts that were handed down from older generations, but might be replaced with machines soon. And we could also try for ourselves! The lunch at Bep Vy was a tasty conclusion of an already very pleasant morning around Hoi An. A great tour!
Thomas was an excellent guide. As a native of Hoi An he was well informed of many details of life in the countryside. At three of the four stops we were able to participate in a hands-on experience. All stops had either a tasting or take home souvenir. Thomas and the driver were very helpful in taking photos and sending them to us later in the evening. The meal at the end of the excursion at a riverside restaurant was very sumptuous and tasty.
