Reviews
Visiting this city for the first time has been awesome, especially with our tour guide, Steve, who really knows his stuff about the local culture and life here. He took us around to all the cool spots and shared some fascinating stories about their history. If you’re looking for a fun way to learn about the area, I definitely recommend him! This tour is great for solo travelers or families wanting to explore together.
itinerary: A great way to get to know the history of Sydney! guide: Super fun tour guide. Knows a lot about the history of Sydney. Fun Guy!
If it's your first time in Sydney, this is a tour worth doing at least once. We travel around the city and provide tips on restaurants, shopping centers, and other things. However, you can only fully experience it if you speak English! Thank you, Justin
booked the tour without any expectation, turns out that i am the only participant for that day. Matt who is my guide that day knows the city very well and knows the details that are easy to miss. this tour also offers you an experience of getting around the city walking which is a great way to explore the city. My favorites are the history of the rocks, customs house, hyde park and QVB. the tour ends with a drink at a bar.
Jake was entertaining. Walking spots and historical terrifying stories were good. No tourist traps. Jake also even helped kids with their assignment on looking for the statue to rub for luck. Give him a raise.
This was the best tour that we had in Sydney. Our tour guide Daniel, was very knowledgeabe and told a very engaging story of how Australia came to be. I extremely recommend doing this tour FIRST, before doing all of the other tours. We also got free ANZAC cookies and drink at the end. IF you are only going to spend 1 day in sydney, I recommend going for this tour.
A fun and definitely informative tour. Suggest to take it at the start of your Sydney trip to make your subsequent sightseeing more meaningful. Don’t be thrown off by the length of the tour, you will hardly notice it nor will it be a tiring one.
Andrew was incredibly friendly and guided us through a wonderful walking tour of Sydney’s landmarks. With his vast knowledge and engaging storytelling, he shared the history and fascinating stories behind each site. We truly had an unforgettable experience and highly recommend this tour!

Good to know
- Meet-up location: Meet on the steps to Customs House, near the small access ramp (on the right hand side as you face Customs House). Please try to be there 10 minutes early as we do need to start on time.
- How to get there: The tour starts just 3 minutes walk from Circular Quay station, which you can catch a train, ferry or light rail to. It finishes 10 minutes walk from the same station
This tour is not recommended for children under 12 years of age as it involves 3 hours of stories about Sydney’s history and around 4km of walking, which can often be little much for our younger guests. Please contact the supplier for more information
