The staff were helpful and very friendly. The experience was fun. We had a great time looking around the view of Victoria Harbour. The weather was so perfect too!
Wonderful night view of Victoria Harbour. Managed to catch the 8pm Symphony of Lights show.
relaxing trip. very organized system from the ticket office to the crew. the price is little bit high for the senior but no a big problem.
Finding a spot on the embankment is not difficult: the ticket office is on the left side. The ferry is authentic and beautiful, and you can read an interesting book about its history on board. The show itself (Symphony of the Lights) was not impressive: they simply play music from the ship's speaker, and the buildings blink out of sync. Nevertheless, the views from the ship are beautiful at any time of day and in any weather. You can add your ticket to Apple Wallet, which is convenient.
I've looked forward to visiting Hong Kong every year since my first trip 10 years ago. It's a shame that the service departing from Central was discontinued after the pandemic, but I highly recommend taking a ride if you have the time.
need to exchange ticket near entrance of star ferry terminal first counter and not as per klook description. land staff took away our ticket but on board staff ask us to show ticket....... the route very short just from star ferry terminal to K11 mall and back terminal
this is going to sound stupid, but due to the crowds around the ferry pier, I couldn’t find the star ferry ticket office. I went on klook and saw they were available. I bought them on klook and asked for help at the tourist office. the woman at the tourist office was able to help us find the ticket booth. We stopped by the booth and got the voucher early. Getting on the boat much less stressful because of that. The symphony of lights was nothing to write home about. The live music was excellent. The drinks were interesting. I thought the stay calm drink was the best over the stay sexy drink.
The gentle rocking of the ferry offers a soothing rhythm on the water. A cool breeze whispers across the deck, carrying the scent of the sea. The cityscape unfolds like a painted backdrop, shimmering under the sun. This is a truly memorable way to experience the harbor's beauty. The simple journey becomes an unforgettable moment of tranquility.
A nice tour around the river, the light show was a little small but quite cool considering that it's made of drones. Can still be seen from the right spot along the riverbank if you try. Boat was a little rocky but bearable unless elderly with mobility issues. Some food and drinks available on the boat, but you're much better off buying from along the pier before boarding.
The experience was good, but the price is high compared to the light show. It wasn’t a great show for the price we paid.
