Cancellation policy
- 100% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 8 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
- 70% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 3 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
- 50% refunds will be issued for cancellations made at least 1 day(s) before the selected activity date. Contact Klook customer service for any refunds
- Refunds will not be issued if cancellations are made less than 0 day(s) before the scheduled activity time
- If you've attended at least one experience, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, you cannot request for refunds
- No refunds or changes will be given to latecomers and no-shows, and to those who were denied service for refusing to follow the rules and regulations of the operator
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
