Reviews
I liked that we were a small group of 7 in the tour and pacing was just about right. Travel time from Sydney to Port Stephens is 3-4hrs. Be prepared to to spend most of your time on the road. The driver/guide was good. and we also had a Japanese guide. Water and lunch are already included. Overall, was fun experience
I used the Australia Pass to participate in two activities, which was 30% cheaper than buying them separately. It's very convenient to use. The itinerary is rich; I saw adorable koalas at the Koala Sanctuary, enjoyed a fish and chips lunch, and saw dolphins on the boat tour, which was very satisfying. Anna Bay has stunning scenery, and sandboarding was thrilling and fun. Highly recommended!"
There were plenty of dolphins to see, but it depended on our luck that day, as the cruise staff mentioned. We had fun with all the activities provided, and the guide was super friendly and fluent in both English and Chinese. However, they changed the schedule to visit the koala sanctuary instead of the winery, but it was still enjoyable and great to see the koalas there.
Saw a small pod of dolphins and tried sandboarding - so objectives were met. Alan was a friendly and helpful guide, giving us ample time to at each venue for the full experience. Fortunate to have a small group (8 pax in total) and cooperative members so there was no delay and it was an enjoyable day trip :)
This trip started with a dolphin watching tour. Unfortunately, we arrived right after a heavy rain, so the dolphins weren't in the harbor and we couldn't see any. Still, it was a memorable experience being out at sea! The fish and chips on the boat were surprisingly good, better than expected! As for the sand dunes, they were truly unforgettable. It's not often you get to go sandboarding an unlimited number of times! The tour guide provided useful information and complimentary bottled water, which was a nice touch.

Tour was fun. great activities. we get to see dolphins and Koalas even it was a bit rainy. Sand Boarding was fun too
The guide was friendly and nice. Sand sledding was also fun. All cars are good, but it would be nice to have a diffuser in the car. No separate preparations are required. Bringing wet tissues is a good idea to use after sand sledding.
nice sand boarding experience and we have seen many natural dolphins. however, minor part that the bus pick up was late 30min
Activities were fun. Tour started 30mins late as we have to wait for some late joiners, it was unfair for those who arrived on time. Created a time constraint and we had to rush to most palces to make up for the lost time. It would have been better if the tour is split to English & Mandarin separately instead of combining them together. This is to avoid any confusion & language barrier.
