was over one hoyr late to pick is ip from wet and wild. called the company twice and was told two different times. Was still late to the second time that we were told
Really bad experience Would not take this service from Klook next time make payment online and get the email and QR code right away but then you have to wait for the coaches for one and a half hours and are not allowed to take the coach because Klook said you haven't reconfirmed yours to a third party of your booking. It doesn't make sense if I have to reconfirm with a third party why I need to book from Klook
