did not dissapoint. quality of food has been maintained through the years. all dishes cooked to perfection . seafoods all very fresh. staff are also very attentive and clean your used plates asap .they dont stand around and idle. they move so fash and efficient. will definitely go back again.

It's been almost 3 years since I last had a hotel buffet, but my friend insisted on trying the buffet lunch at JW Marriott in Admiralty. We were seated on time, and the W Cafe had a great sense of space, making for a comfortable dining experience. The staff service was also up to five-star hotel standards, and the food selection was extensive, with quick replenishment. The only slight disappointment was the two Chinese soups, which tasted like they had too much MSG. The chilled seafood, sashimi, lamb chops, and roast beef were all genuinely delicious, but my absolute favorite was the black sesame cake. It had a rich sesame aroma and was only subtly sweet; I ended up eating six pieces. 😋😋😋 While the price was a bit high, the value for money was quite good.

Good experience. Delish food all fresh . staff very organized even before 6 pm handing out your table nos so everyone can proceed without delay once they opened at 550pm. main dish course does not have wide variety BUT all prepared with care and top notch chef. Choices are Lobster,abalone,goose feet,sea bass, sea cucumber, baby pigeon so tender, roast duck roast pork white chicken lamb rack beef steak so forth . on the raw side plentiful choices with king crab. they immediatly refill once emptied so no worries for late comers. comes with 1round softdrinks and after dinner Coffee or hot lemon tea. It was worth the price becuase everything was well prepared with Good Food

We celebrated our 10th anniversary with a buffet dinner at JW Cafe in Hong Kong, and the overall experience was fantastic! The service was excellent, and the restaurant thoughtfully surprised us with a complimentary cake at the perfect moment, which was a lovely touch. The buffet offered a wide variety of dishes, and the sashimi was incredibly fresh, with generous portions available each time. The desserts were also of high quality! I highly recommend it for celebrating special occasions!

Top-tier buffet dinner, the quality is still the best in Hong Kong! The selection doesn't need to be huge, the basic cold seafood like lobster is very fresh. The main dishes of braised abalone, fish maw, and sea cucumber are supplied continuously, absolutely no skimping. There's also freshly steamed grouper, large steamed scallops, and the mini Buddha Jumps Over the Wall soup is also very good! It's just that Omakase items like lobster are supplied in too small quantities, and they're gone as soon as the buffet starts! And they don't refill it! As for drinks, it still includes one complimentary hot/cold drink. It would be even better if a few more self-service drinks could be added for refills!

Although the price is a bit more expensive than the average hotel buffet, the environment is not crowded and very comfortable. The servers are very polite and quick to clear plates. The food quality is also very high. The cold seafood, such as crab legs and cold lobster, are large and fresh. Cooked dishes like abalone and fish maw are very flavorful and soft. In addition to the usual varieties, the sashimi also includes less common geoduck. There are also many exquisite small cakes and tarts for dessert. Overall, it is worth the price.

I've wanted to try the buffet here for a long time, and I finally had the chance. The food quality is excellent; every dish was cooked deliciously. The staff were attentive and cleared plates quickly. They even arranged a dessert for my birthday celebration, which was perfect for photos. Highly recommended!

The restaurant has ample seating space, and the quality of all kinds of hot and cold food is high. Replenishment is also very quick, and the desserts are not of typical buffet quality. In addition to the food and drinks, there is a welcome drink provided, with many choices. The service staff is very friendly and very attentive. The dining experience was satisfactory and worth the price.

The ingredients are of excellent quality, and the service is very polite. I especially love the foie gras, lobster, fish maw, abalone, and the sea cucumber is delicious and perfectly braised. The environment is very comfortable, and the location is convenient. 😋👍
