The location is convenient, and the environment is comfortable and clean. The massage and facial are done by the same therapist. The massage part is very comfortable. After finishing, there are sweet soup and biscuits provided. If friends or couples go together, you can book their double room.

I would give 3.5 points, the beauticians/masseur are pretty green, except the masseur who massaged my husband who is more experienced. The artificial scent made me headache, also the room is very close to the reception, so it is kind of noisy. Place is clean, staff are nice and they are trying their best to make it up.

The environment is comfortable and hygienic, and the location of the Causeway Bay store is close to the Lee Theater, which is very convenient. The technician's gestures and service attitude are good. Before the massage, there is hot tea to greet you, and after the massage, there is soup to drink, so considerate!

I just wanted to relax, so I randomly tried Queen's Beauty & Spa. The place is very comfortable and clean. The front desk, beauticians, and massage therapists are all super polite and attentive. Although it was a 150-minute Noble Bulgarian Rose SPA, I only smelled the rose during the facial part 😂. Also, the room was a bit hot, but the staff helped me deal with it immediately after I told them. These are just two small imperfections, but I personally don't think they are a big deal 😂. The massage therapist really massaged with a lot of strength, and after the massage, my whole body was relaxed. The massage pool in the bathtub, the room scent, the lighting, and the water bed all made me feel relaxed. The beautician's procedures were not sloppy at all, and the facial massage techniques were also very good and comfortable. After the treatment, I could take my time showering, washing my hair, and blow-drying it before going out to eat and drink. There will definitely be package selling, and I also joined. The package's value for money is actually quite high compared to other beauty salons. Throughout the conversation, they will sell but not hard sell. As a customer, I feel comfortable and I like it ❤️.

I visited on my last day to relieve travel fatigue. I took the 2 hour and 30 minute course which included a 45-minute body massage, a 30-minute jacuzzi, and a 75-minute facial. My two friends and I received the treatments side by side, and it was wonderful!! For the body massage, I received a full body aroma oil massage, which relieved the swelling in my legs and the stiffness in my back. The jacuzzi came with a tea and sweets set, and the luxurious interior was very soothing. My friend and I were able to warm up our bodies while chatting. The facial included cleansing, nose pore cleaning, eyebrow shaping, facial massage, a pack, and a finishing UV cream. Nose pore cleansing and eyebrow shaping were not listed in the menu at the time of booking, but my friend and I were both impressed with how clean my nose pores were and how clear they were of blackheads! To make a reservation, I purchased a voucher on Klook and then contacted them via Instagram direct message in English with my desired date and time, the menu I booked through Klook, and the desired location. They replied quickly, so I was able to make a reservation with peace of mind. On the day of the appointment, all I had to do was show the QR code from the Klook voucher. The location is great, about a 5-6 minute walk from Tsim Sha Tsui Station, the treatments were great, and the staff was very kind. I was very satisfied. Neither my friend nor I are fluent in English, but we were able to communicate with simple words. I highly recommend this salon to Japanese people! I would like to visit again when I go to Hong Kong.
