Was really hard to get in touch with Roofino and it took them a long while to reply to my messages. All calls kept on being diverted to Whatsapp them instead (was told an instant reply would be given, but had to wait hours/a day)- which the person who was replying could merely understand the content of my questions. Location was really hard to find, and had to ask the staff to come down as they could not understand / give proper directions. Setting outside was not well ventilated, as could only wait for a breeze. Dining was less that mediocre, as disappointed with the appetiser and plain bland salad. Main course was alright in portion but poor in taste. Staff were not well trained, and cutleries had to be reused over and over. Value for money was really not of worth. Would unfortunately not book again.

The food and the atmosphere is very nice! Surprisingly the seabass is good! (recommended to take it)! We enjoyed it so much!
Very good experience. The staff is very friendly and the food is good. Will try the other main course next time 💗 It’s a very great place to celebrate anniversary and birthday. Highly recommend 👍🏻
the food was not so bad. the view was nice. it was raining but overrall everything was great n superb!
Staff are friendly and attentive. Food is good for the price which is not too high. Atmosphere and ambience are soft and romantic but can get abit noisy with family and kids. View of surrounding KL is great.
Redemption was super easy. Just come anytime and redeem. Food was good, I love the chicken. The atmosphere was amazing! Music was great but I hope they can improve the sound system in the dining area. We arrived around 6.30pm and chose to sit inside due to the weather is quite warm outside and not windy. Later at 7.30pm the staff allow us to go for maghrib prayer just before dessert. Then after prayer we went back up and switched out seat to the outside area which much colder than before but still not windy. Then we finish our dessert. I can give them 5/5 for the service. Love it! For muslim, the surau is at the lobby. Just go down and asked the guard. They will show you.
Great view and great hospitality. The food was good but portions can be large for some people. The server was kind enough to pack the extra food for us
Food was great especially their stuffed chicken. Unfortunately, weather was not so good when we dropped by so it kind of ruined the atmosphere for a bit. Staffs are friendly as well especially the one who was assigned to our table.
