This was a great service. We were upgraded to a limousine which was spacious and clean. There was free wifi and we arrived to our destination on good time. Our driver was polite and stopped for a toilet / snack break. Would use the service again.
The driver waited on time and drove safely from Mui Ne to Da Lat, so I arrived safely. I was worried because there were places where earth and sand had poured out in many places on the pass due to the heavy rain a while ago, but fortunately, all the spilled earth and sand were cleared, so I arrived safely without going a long way around~! And he stopped at the rest stop in the middle, which is a photo spot, so I could enjoy the wonderful scenery.
We traveled as a family of five in a van~~ The pink, pink car was so pretty and the interior was so pleasant that the trip from Nha Trang to Mui Ne was not boring at all and was very comfortable. I left my camera behind, but they kindly brought it back to me. Really the best, the best~~ I want to use it again when I go back to Nha Trang~~
I was worried about a sleeping bus for a family of four, but I made a reservation for a private vehicle because many people said the road was bad. The driver drove smoothly and safely took me to my destination. I am very satisfied and feel that this choice was excellent. I pray that the driver who drove safely on the rough road will be healthy and happy.
We enjoyed the ride to the dunes, driver was also our photographer and took a lot of photos. He was super kind and friendly. We took the sunset tour but due to weather conditions we didnt experience an amazing sunset, but that’s okay ☺️ make sure to choose the atv to ride, ours had some engine issues and overheated.
Not sure which part went wrong, we agreed on 10:30 AM, but the driver received the information as 9:30 AM, so a little after 10 o'clock, the front desk came to ask us, saying the driver had been waiting for a long time, urging us to hurry up 🥲. After explaining clearly, we hurried to pack, but this hotel actually requires waiting 10 minutes to check the room and check out. The journey was pretty good, but the road conditions to Da Lat were very bad, lots of mountain roads and bad roads. The car was very new, so it was relatively stable, and we didn't take any breaks in between. Cleanliness: 100 Vehicle condition: 100
The drive to and from Mui Ne was seamless and was able to sleep comfortably. The experience and activities itself was also memorable esp the 4W drive in the white sand dunes. bring cash! they don’t accept card everywhere we went. dress up too :) I regret not doing more.
We had a new CX-8 SUV as our vehicle that was clean inside. our driver communicated ahead of our pick-up and was on time and was friendly. Our driver provided bottles of water and a snack and stopped off for toilet breaks as needed. Arrived safely at the correct destination - stress free.
The driver was on time, dressed politely, drove dangerously, value for money for the trip, good price, the driver recommended the tour plan well, using translation help.
Smooth booking, great coordinator and had a wonderful ride to mu nei. the car was neat and comfortable. the driver was super amazing and friendly. he played is great Vietnamese music and ensured we had a safe and enjoyable ride. highly recommended.
