Thumbs up for food packaging. However, the service is extremely slow despite had make advance booking with the restaurant. They seems to have missed out my order and caused me to wait almost 1-2 hours for the packed food.

went to the restaurant collect but the restaurant mentioned dont have record initially.after waiting soem time for the restaurant verify themself and able to collect.the box is quite big and have provided service to deliver to car.hence, service not bad

Booked in advance to change the date, and there was a request for the date through customer service. The store called on the same day to ask about the pickup time, and told them that a replacement date had been requested, and they agreed to the replacement. Drive to the door of the mall, and the store staff is responsible for delivery. Good service, thank you!

Got it to satisfy my family's hotpot craving, almost no difference in taste for the broth delivered over. Delivery was on time and everything inside the package are packaged well. No spilling or missing item. Portion is also reasonable, can always add our own ingredients. Thanks Klook for the deal!

The assigned driver spoiled the plan, kept saying cannot contact the restaurant for pickup and “harassed” the recipient. Communication gap between the restaurant and the driver.
