Luggage Information
- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
- Please note: The small luggage size is 18". The standard luggage size is 24". Luggage over 28" will be considered large luggage
- Each additional suitcase will take up an extra seat

Best comfortable car condition Good driver and safe drive skill Nice servive It is expensive, But it is worth to use.(double cost) If you are first visit at airport and have many luggages, I recommend this service.

Great car and that’s why they get a two star - but you know Bali is boiling right now and with the pickup car being left in hot sun and it’s hot - so when we get in the car the guy left AC on low so I put it up higher to cool the car and once he finishes loading luggage he immediately turns the ac to low - now we have three rows and it has been sitting in hot sun - and the guy refuses to turn up the ac. The car was beautiful inside and luxurious but why spoil our comfort by not keeping the customers happy and not turning up the ac - we are not used to such heat and even if the ac is turned up one can keep it going for a little bit and keep your customers happy. However he was courteous enough to stop by at a roadside place so we could get water and refreshments as we continued on to ubud
