It’s really simple and a good deal to travel from JB to USS for family and kids. The bus driver was really helpful to guide us during immigration check and the journey was enjoyable since we didn’t need to be in line for USS ticket.
pros 1. very near pickup place from our airbnb (bora bora residence) 2. just 5 mins walk from our airbnb 3. clear instructions by the travel agent to get into and out of uss and singapore 4. the agent waited for us even we were 5 mins late 5. the bus was clean 6. the bus driver was friendly 7. easy getting into and out of singapore with this bus 8. recommended to those who doesnt want to walk and search for public transport to get to uss in singapore 9. will use this service again in the future! :)
The bus are really comfortable and the person in charge are very helpful about the itenerary for the day. The information are very clear. The bus arrived & departured on time. We really enjoyed in the game inside USS and no need to worry about transportation anymore.

Everything was good and great. The bus was punctual and the trip was fun. Will definitely book again for our next trip.
I would give 5* if the coach pick up and tickets exchange been handled efficiently. The local ground handler arranging the coach pick up and handing over the USS ticket was late for 15 minutes. Apart from this, everything else was perfect. Clean and comfortable coach. Driver was on time for both pick up at JB and upon our return trip from USS.
