Bus schedule on time, nice one day trip at USS 😊✌🏻
It was convenient. However, during our trip to USS, they gave ways for outsiders to join the bus. So, it was quite full.
This transfer has both pro's and con's. Firstly it's the agent actually uses a third party for the actual tour. When we arrived at 7, as per the instructions, we had to wait for the agent to arrive who was late and came after 7:30am The bus itself was clean and the drive was smooth. Another lie is that the advert says you will be picked up by 6:30pm but it's not true!! Our bus driver told us we need to exit the park by 5:40pm! That is time and money stolen. The advantage is that you don't need to wait in lines for public transport and it takes you straight to Sentosa Island.

It’s really simple and a good deal to travel from JB to USS for family and kids. The bus driver was really helpful to guide us during immigration check and the journey was enjoyable since we didn’t need to be in line for USS ticket.
pros 1. very near pickup place from our airbnb (bora bora residence) 2. just 5 mins walk from our airbnb 3. clear instructions by the travel agent to get into and out of uss and singapore 4. the agent waited for us even we were 5 mins late 5. the bus was clean 6. the bus driver was friendly 7. easy getting into and out of singapore with this bus 8. recommended to those who doesnt want to walk and search for public transport to get to uss in singapore 9. will use this service again in the future! :)

Klook send reminder / notification to my email 2 days before. Bus agent send reminder / notification 1 days before thru whatsapps.. The bus arrived & departured on time. Person in charge (Staff & Driver) are very helpful & Polite. Briefing from staff are very clear. Bus is also comfortable. Overall... really enjoy this trip. Great experience. Good deal.
