For the afternoon tea, enter the hotel, turn right and walk to the end. Make a reservation in advance to avoid waiting too long. I didn’t make an appointment myself and the wait for one was super long! But we happened to go there near Christmas🎄, so the desserts were all related to Christmas

The afternoon tea experience was overall pleasant. The food ranged from good to okay, around 3 to 4 out of 5, but the service stood out with a solid 4. Some items were missing at first as they were forgotten, but we received them in the end. While waiting, we were given complimentary items, including the rendang nachos, which were delicious. Among everything served, the Madeleines were my favourite.

The staff was very accocodative. The food was delicious My group of 16 pax had a great time. I'd like to give feedback to Nook...to prepare the bill in advance to avoid queue when the restaurant is full.

A bit disappointing buffet dinner. The hotel is located near the central station, so transportation is very convenient. Although the place is big, there are not many guests, so they are concentrated in one place, which makes people feel that the seats are cramped. The most important thing is that there are few food choices, the taste is average, there are not many desserts, and the price-performance ratio is average. Fortunately, the waiters are polite and their attitude is okay.

food was warm, and didn’t taste right. expected more for a high tea experience. however the service was very good, and staff were friendly.

It was delicious. It was the best day for us. The dishes were rich and there were many kinds of desserts. The only minor thing was that some of the dishes were empty and they were never replenished.
