We've been to Tops a long time ago. One thing that has changed is that there is another restaurant beside it which is also overlooking the city. Here is a review of the service that took us there. I did look at the rates of other providers offering shuttle services to Facebook users and those that advertised at other sites online. This was best priced among others! I was also able to redeem the discount I earned from the past Klook services I availed of. I was briefed, updated and followed up to make sure that we arrived to the spot we chose. A must booking if you want to see the famous three uphill attractions in Cebu: Temple of Leah, Sirao Garden and Tops! This is very convenient, we arrived at Jollibee earlier than scheduled time and the private shuttle was already there! Timely and safe drive, too.
The trip is good if its not raining. But good thing that we took this instead of habal habal which cost 1/4 of the total klook price during this rainy period. We waited inside Jollibee besides JY Supermarket. You could ask the Jollibee guard to check where the klook driver park. We started around 2:10 pm then we arrived Sirao Around 235 pm. Then the driver told us to wait until 4pm. (Because he will pick up the 3:30pm schedule). When he arrive, he dropped off another passenger to Sirao Garden then pick us up And he drove us to Temple of Leah around 430pm and meet him up again around 5:30pm. And so on. Kuya Rolly (if Im not mistaken) is very good driver not too fast and follow safe driving especially in a mountainous zigzag road. We arrived our 2 destination trip around 6pm on time for our trip around 8pm.
Basically a pick up and drop off service. Kuya driver is very nice. We started at 10:30 am and finished the tour at 4:30 pm. By 5:00 pm we were back at JY Mall.

My experience was awesome and convenient. It helps save a lot rather than hiring a private van. My tip to my fellow travellers to always check your vouchers as the details will be there. Take initiative to contact the local operators so you could be able to let them know you are there as seen in the emails and vouchers you have. The places were brilliant and I am satisfied too as I was able to chose how many locations and which I desire to visit. Just take note that Temple of Leah is I guess expanding and you can still roam around and relax there as the same time. So hopefully, once done it will be better and prettier. Sirao flower garden is my favorite.
