as a Hotel, it is in a perfect location for Walking to the Mall. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.. Excellent shower. O1n a negative note, the tv in the room was on it's way out with screen issues. the Wi-Fi was terrible.. had it sometimes.. other times, nothing. had to keep complaining about it.. but nothing changed. The WiFi most definitely needs improving.
