Food sets were all sumptuous, with the best view of the lake and stunning mountains! Reservation was very easy, and all staff are very friendly!

No communication between klook and restaurant. We booked the voucher on January 24 2020 and stated on the voucher that we can use it for 30days from booking, but when we came on January 26 2020, the restaurant didn’t allow us to enter, and said we made wrong booking date. We have complaint to klook and asked for refund but no resolution yet until now. No confirmation exact date when will they refund to us???!!! We are the victim here, we paid but we did not get nothing!!! So disappointed!!!

It was raining when we reached there and there were some leaks on the roof. However, managed to have a nice view of Mount Batur after the rain. The buffet, however, was just average.

This deal is a big saver. If walking-in you will have to pay Rp152,000 per person for lunch buffet. The restaurant mainly serves Indonesian food and the quality is just ok. However it still worths visiting because of the stunning view from the lookout. The volcano and the lake are amazing.
