- Under the Fair Usage Policy, data speed and usage may be limited for users who process large amounts of data in a short period of time. This is at the discretion of the subscribed telecommunications company and may occur without prior notice

- The operator is not responsible or liable for any changes made to data speed or usage. You will still be charged the agreed upon fee during your rental period

- Even with unlimited data, internet speed will drop to 3G after 2GB of data is used
- 2G phones or below are not applicable for this SIM
- For SIM card courier services, please allow ample time for the SIM card to be delivered to you
- SIM card delivery is for West Malaysia, East Malaysia, and Singapore only
- If you are using a new phone, please ensure you have used it with a Malaysian SIM card and made calls of at least 10 minutes to unlock or your phone will not be able to use an overseas SIM card

Received the sim card a couple of days after i ordered. Very impressed as my trip was very rushed (booked in a week’s time to fly). And easy to use. Put in sim card, on mobile data. Done. Coverage was okay. But can be slow when viewing pages with loads of photos like IG or Facebook especially when you are scrolling for past posts looking for recommendations. And when your 20GB is up (yes, managed to do that 😆) the staggered connection can be a bother but still enough for Google maps usage and instant messaging (as long as you don’t auto download pics). So, major plus there.
