- The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
Surcharge table
- All surcharges are payable in cash directly to the driver
- Outside service hours:
- VND per hour
- If your pick up or drop off location is outside the city limits, an additional surcharge may apply. The operator will contact you to confirm the additional surcharges
- The service hours is between 7:00-18:00. A surcharge of VND100,000 per car will apply and must be paid directly to the driver if your pick up time falls between 18:01-6:59
