Terms and Conditions

Organizer Statement & Applicability

◦ “Spooky Halloween 2026” is produced and organized by Live Nation Electronic Asia (hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer”). ◦ Ticket holders must carefully read all notices prior to purchase. Successful ticket purchase implies full consent and acceptance of all event rules and regulations. ◦ Ticket distribution and venue admission are governed by the Organizer’s Terms and Conditions, with the latest version published on the official Instagram page (@spookyhalloweenofficial) and displayed at the event entrance. ◦ The Organizer reserves the right to modify, replace performing artists, alter event content, or adjust schedules due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances. In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Organizer shall be final and binding.

Age Restrictions and Zone Admission Rules

◦ Concession Tickets: Valid only for individuals aged 17 or below. ◦ Child Escort: Children aged 14 or below must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or above at all times. ◦ Young Children Advisory: The event features high-decibel sound effects, intense strobe lighting, dark thematic experiences, and large crowds, which may cause distress or discomfort to young children. This event is not recommended for children aged 6 or below. Parents or guardians who choose to bring young children into the venue do so entirely at their own risk and must assume full supervisory responsibility. The Organizer and venue accept no liability for any emotional fright or physical discomfort caused by the aforementioned environmental factors. ◦ Proof of Age: The Organizer reserves the right to request valid original identification to verify age upon entry.

Ticketing Regulations & Entry Policy ◦ One Ticket Per Person: Each admission ticket (QR Code) grants single-entry access for one person on the designated date and operating hours only. Re-entry is strictly prohibited upon exit (No Re-entry). ◦ Ticket Custody: Please safeguard your digital tickets. Any ticket that is lost, damaged, altered, copied, or repeatedly scanned will be deemed invalid and will not be reissued. ◦ Refund Policy: All tickets sold are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-transferable. Please carefully check ticket details prior to transaction; the Organizer accepts no responsibility for customer purchasing errors. ◦ Anti-Fraud & Unauthorized Resale: Tickets must be purchased through authorized ticketing channels. Any illegal resale or attempted resale (including but not limited to selling above face value) is strictly prohibited. The Organizer reserves the right to cancel unauthorized tickets without refund or compensation. The Organizer and ticketing platforms bear no liability for entry denial resulting from tickets acquired through unofficial channels.

Bag Size Restrictions, Prohibited Items, and Venue Rules For safety and security, all attendees must undergo mandatory security checks prior to entering the venue. The following items and behaviors are strictly prohibited: ◦ Light-Emitting Devices & Lasers Restriction: Fluorescent/glow sticks, light-emitting devices, flashing headbands, and laser pointers are strictly prohibited inside the venue. ◦ Facial Appearance Policy: To ensure venue safety and identity verification, guests wearing special effects makeup, full-face paint (such as clowns or monsters), masks, or any facial coverings are not permitted entry. ◦ Bag Size Limit: Each attendee may carry one (1) bag with dimensions not exceeding 29.7 cm x 42 cm x 20 cm (approximately A3 paper size). Oversized items will be denied entry. ◦ Food & Beverage Restrictions: No outside food, beverages (including water and alcoholic drinks), or glass containers are permitted. ◦ Photography & Electronic Devices: Unauthorized video cameras, selfie sticks, and drones are strictly prohibited. ◦ Personal & Leisure Items: Umbrellas, foldable chairs/stools, aerosol spray cans, bicycles, skateboards, and scooters are not allowed. ◦ Promotional Materials: Banners, flags, and flagpoles are prohibited. Unauthorized commercial sales, solicitation, or distribution of materials are strictly forbidden. ◦ Dangerous & Controlled Goods: Weapons, pyrotechnics, lighters, illegal substances, and illicit drugs are strictly banned. ◦ Pets: Pets are not allowed on site (except certified guide dogs). ◦ Venue Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited across the entire event venue.

Security Warning & Conduct ◦ Prohibition of Throwing Objects: Throwing objects onto the stage, at performers, staff, or other attendees is strictly forbidden. Any individual caught throwing objects will be immediately ejected from the venue without refund or compensation, and the Organizer reserves the right to pursue legal action. ◦ All attendees must abide by venue regulations and instructions from event staff. The Organizer reserves the right to refuse entry to or eject any person whose conduct compromises safety, causes public nuisance, damages property, or engages in unauthorized commercial activities, without any ticket refund.

Alcohol Consumption Policy ◦ Alcoholic beverages are strictly served and sold to persons aged 18 or above. Staff members reserve the right to request valid photo identification prior to sale. ◦ Outside alcohol is strictly forbidden within the premises. ◦ The Organizer reserves the right to immediately escort any individual who is intoxicated, disorderly, or disruptive out of the venue without refund.

Media Consent & Image Rights ◦ By entering the event, attendees grant full permission to the Organizer and its authorized media partners to photograph, film, and record audio/video throughout the venue. ◦ The Organizer reserves the right to use such media materials containing attendees’ likenesses or voices for live streams, social media promotions, and future event marketing without prior notice or compensation.

Adverse Weather & Force Majeure ◦ In the event of adverse weather conditions (including but not limited to Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above, Black Rainstorm Warning) or force majeure events, the Organizer reserves the right to reschedule, alter event programming, adjust the artist lineup, or terminate the event. ◦ Real-time announcements will be posted on the official Instagram page (@spookyhalloweenofficial) on the event day.

Disclaimer & Customer Support

◦ Obstructed View Disclaimer: As all zones are free-standing areas, the Organizer cannot guarantee an entirely unobstructed view of the stage from every position within the venue. ◦ To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Organizer accepts no responsibility or liability for any personal property loss, theft, or damage caused by third parties. ◦ The Organizer retains the final right of interpretation regarding all event terms, ticketing disputes, and rule modifications without prior notice.
