Cancellation policy
- You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
- In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the tour. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
- If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
- Full refunds will only be issued for unsuccessful or rejected bookings
- For any product quality/damage issues, contact Klook customer support ASAP with photo/video proof
- Refunds or amendments can't be issued if: Participants arrive late or don't arrive at all

How to use
Redemption information
- The icebreaker departure time may be adjusted depending on the reservation and on-site conditions. If the icebreaker service is suspended on the day due to weather or sea conditions, it will be replaced with a visit to “Mount Tento Observatory & Okhotsk Ryūhyō Museum.” Thank you for your understanding.
- This itinerary allows ample time to explore Asahiyama Zoo, with the aim of increasing the opportunity to see the winter-exclusive “Penguin Walk.” However, participation in or viewing of the Penguin Walk is not guaranteed. Hokkaido’s winter weather can be unpredictable, and heavy snow, snowstorms, expressway closures, traffic delays, or other force majeure circumstances may prevent the tour from arriving at Asahiyama Zoo on time, which may result in missing the Penguin Walk or other seasonal activities.
- Warm winter clothing suitable for temperatures below -10°C is strongly recommended. As the tour involves long driving hours in a single day, please consider your physical condition before making a reservation.
Usage validity
- The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
- Children under 6 years old are not provided with meals.
- The itinerary order, duration of each stop, and arrival times are for reference only and may be adjusted flexibly according to weather, traffic conditions, and circumstances on the day. The actual arrangements will be determined by the tour leader and on-site announcements.The return arrival time may also be delayed due to traffic conditions. We recommend that passengers avoid making other plans for the evening.If the tour is terminated due to force majeure circumstances, a refund will be provided for the unused portion of the tour after deducting any costs already incurred. Any additional expenses for return transportation, accommodation, or other services must be borne by the passenger.The return journey is scheduled to stop at “Onneyu Onsen Roadside Station” (Michi-no-Eki Onneyu Onsen), where passengers can have lunch at their own expense, purchase souvenirs, and take a break. If the stop is inaccessible due to road conditions, expressway closures, or other circumstances, an alternative roadside station or rest stop, such as Michi-no-Eki Rikubetsu, will be used instead. - Each passenger is limited to 1 piece of luggage. The maximum luggage size that can be stored in the bus luggage compartment is a total of 120 cm for the sum of length, width, and height.For oversized or special items, such as golf equipment, strollers, skis/snowboards, surfboards, wheelchairs, or luggage that is not in a suitcase, please specify the type, quantity, and dimensions of the item when making your reservation. The bus operator reserves the right to determine whether such items can be accommodated.
- This is a shared group tour, and guide services may be provided in multiple languages, including Chinese, English, or Japanese. A specific guide language cannot be guaranteed or requested. Thank you for your understanding.Guide arrangement: For groups of 10 or fewer participants, the driver will also serve as the guide, with foreign-language customer service support provided remotely. For groups of more than 10 participants, a professional tour guide will accompany the group.
- For bookings of 2 or more passengers, please select the "Twin or Triple Room option". Room types will be arranged according to the actual number of participants. For example, a booking for 3 passengers will be arranged in a triple room.If you require a non-smoking or smoking room, or have other special requests (such as allergy-related requirements), please indicate them when making your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate your requests; however, all room arrangements are subject to the hotel’s availability, and specific room types or requests cannot be guaranteed. - Infants under 2 years old on the activity date may join free of charge if they do not occupy a seat or bed. Each adult may accompany a maximum of 1 eligible infant. If traveling with an infant, please provide the relevant information in the order notes.Children aged 2–5 who do not require a bed may select the child-without-bed rate. If a bed is required, please select the child rate with a bed. When making the reservation, please enter a birth year that meets the child eligibility requirements and indicate the child’s actual date of birth in the notes for processing.Breakfast for children aged 2–5 is generally provided free of charge; however, this is subject to each hotel’s policy.
