This tour is recommended to those who’s traveling with family. View was amazing, driver drove smoothly. Though it’s snowing whole day but we really enjoy the view and the trip.
I'm not sure why the pre-trip notification email wasn't sent to the main contact person; instead, I saw it in an email from one of my travel companions, and we almost didn't know which vehicle to board. People who choose small group tours likely want to avoid issues that can arise with large groups, so everyone in our small group was punctual and well-behaved. Although a few people were slightly late, it was still within the buffer time. Since it's essentially one activity after another, there's no dedicated lunch break, so I recommend bringing some convenient snacks to eat on the go.
At first, we couldn’t go to the Christmas tree due to a snowstorm and bad weather. After the weather improved, our tour guide suggested going there. I was so happy because I finally visited the place I really wanted to see. He speaks Chinese, English, and Japanese, which made communication very easy. Highly recommended!
It's good when there are fewer people; everything moves faster. It's more convenient than going by yourself and following a plan to every place.
Small groups mean less waiting. The driver on this trip was very nice and friendly. He also made sure we had eaten and used the restroom, and took us to 7-11 along the way, always waiting for us.
The itinerary is packed and every spot is beautiful, but the driving time is long and the stops are relatively short, so you might not be able to enjoy everything to the fullest. It would be better if we could stay longer~
You can visit all four attractions in a day trip, but it would be better if the time allocation was more even. The stop at Shirahige Falls was too short, only 20 minutes, but the stop at the Biei Christmas Tree was also 20 minutes. However, the Biei Christmas Tree attraction has no food or restrooms, so I hope you can adjust the activity duration.
The Japanese tour guide was very attentive and patient, as well as funny and professional. However, the itinerary was a bit rushed, and there wasn't enough time to take pictures at each attraction, making it a bit fleeting.
Five-star rating! Even though the itinerary was rushed, we were safely transported to each destination. On the way back, the driver even slowed down so we could see the cute little deer 🦌

⛰️Attraction Adjustment In case of heavy snow, strong winds, or temporary closure of attractions, equivalent value attractions can be substituted, and refunds are not supported.

🤧Travel Reminder Hokkaido winters are severe. Please wear thick, warm clothing and non-slip snow boots; motion sickness medication can be prepared.
