For the Private Car package, round-trip transportation between Hanoi and Sapa is provided exclusively for your group. For the Shared Transfer package, transportation between Hanoi and Sapa may be arranged by Dcar Limousine, VIP Limousine, or Sleeper Bus, depending on seat availability and the operator’s arrangement.
• Any changes caused by weather, traffic, road conditions, attraction closures, or other circumstances beyond the operator’s control are not eligible for refunds for services already provided.
• The itinerary, attraction order, meal times, departure time, and activity duration may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, road conditions, hotel arrangements, or operation

• The same vehicle will not be used throughout the entire journey. However, a private vehicle will be arranged exclusively for your group and will not be shared with other guests.
• Please note that transportation for the private tour includes two different arrangements: a private D-Car/Limousine for the Hanoi ⇄ Sapa transfer, and a separate private local vehicle (4-seat, 7-seat, or 16-seat) for sightseeing in Sapa, depending on the group size and local road conditions.
• Guests requesting a private room or traveling alone will be charged a single room surcharge: 3-star hotel: VND 500,000/night; 4-star hotel: VND 800,000/night; 5-star hotel: VND 1,100,000/night.
• An extra holiday surcharge of VND 500,000 per person (3-star), VND 750,000 per person (4-star), or VND 950,000 per person (5-star) applies for travel on Dec 23 to Dec 25, 2026; Dec 30, 2026 to Jan 1, 2027; Feb 3 to Feb 11, 2027; Apr 15 to Apr 17, 2027; Apr 29 to May 1, 2027; and Aug 31 to Sep 2, 2027. The surcharge is payable directly on site.
