Only follow instructions by Golden Queen staff in official uniform, holding signs which say "Golden Queen". You may need to be proactive in asking for clear directions from them. This can be an uncomfortable situation for some customers, but unfortunately, Golden Queen is unable to prohibit local drivers from coming on to the jetty in this manner

Fortunately, the waves were not high, so we moved smoothly. The pickup was also good.
Although the water kept splashing in, it was a pleasant memory. If you get motion sickness, it might not be a bad idea to prepare medicine in advance. It's unexpectedly fast, and it's quite a distance.

Since I came in and waited before the pick-up time, I was able to board without waiting at all, and there was no air conditioner, but the boat was more comfortable than I thought. Rather than being a company that is too big, the number of passengers was moderate, so it was not complicated, and it was great to be able to take a seat and go.When I came back from Gili, I got on time and had the right number of people, and the office staff and boat staff were friendly. So I traveled in a good mood.
Traveled to Gili Islands while admiring the wonderful ocean from Bali. It was nice to be nice to pick up and drop.
When I asked the office about the transfer time, I thought it would be long because it took about 1:30 minutes, but I stopped at Nusa Penida Island next to Padangbai, then stopped to Lombok Island, and finally it took me about 4 hours to enter the Gili Tree. I thought I'd be bored to die. If I knew this, I would have used another fast boat to go straight. And, when using the boat, be careful when the boat gets off and the loaders stick to them and move their luggage freely. I have to be careful wherever I ask for it. We've been hit twice even with our eyes open.
