La Maison Signature Spa Ha Noi: Hair Wash, Facial & Massage

This is a spa located inside a hotel, and the atmosphere is very pleasant! It is clean and comfortable overall! Getting a Vietnamese shampoo treatment before boarding your flight is so refreshing!

seems they had a lack of therapists available and had to replace with therapists from other shops despite having an appointment, waited 15 minutes or so. Had the same experience in another spa so I guess it's common practice. Massage was decent.

Co-ed open room, but both men and women are required to remove their shirts and undergarments, and male staff members walk through the area during the session. Privacy is very poor, and it is not recommended for women.
